This article explains how you can cancel your RosterElf subscription if you signed up to RosterElf from the Xero App Store.

NOTE: If you signed up to RosterElf directly, please read Cancelling your Subscription.

Please note: We delete your account data when cancelling your account pursuant to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Log into Xero using an admin account and head to 
  2. From here, you should be able to select the app from your list of connected apps and cancel your subscription.
  3. If you can see RosterElf in your list but have trouble cancelling, please contact Xero support.
  4. If you can't see RosterElf in your Xero portal, please read Cancelling your Subscription and contact our support team if you cannot cancel in the RosterElf platform.
