This article explains how you can cancel your RosterElf subscription if you signed up to RosterElf from the Xero App Store.
NOTE: If you signed up to RosterElf directly, please read Cancelling your Subscription.
- Log into Xero using an admin account and head to https://apps.xero.com/connected
- From here, you should be able to select the app from your list of connected apps and cancel your subscription.
- If you can see RosterElf in your list but have trouble cancelling, please contact Xero support.
- If you can't see RosterElf in your Xero portal, please read Cancelling your Subscription and contact our support team if you cannot cancel in the RosterElf platform.
