This article is designed for: User Type: Admins or Managers Device: Web Browser (Computer)

This article covers how to set up and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if your company has enabled this feature in their account. To set up MFA as an admin, please go to Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (Account Admin).

Staff with elevated permissions in RosterElf will require to set up and use MFA if their company has enabled MFA in their account.

Setting up MFA

MFA uses email and SMS to increase the security required to log into your RosterElf account. For MFA to work, you need to verify your details.

When logging into RosterElf, you will be asked to confirm your mobile number and click Enable MFA.

MFA will now be enabled, and you will need to log in using MFA the next time you log in.
