Why This Is Important
Reconnecting RosterElf to Xero ensures your payroll data is accurately synced, avoiding delays and discrepancies.
Steps to Reconnect
1. Access Payroll Settings:
- Go to the top menu in RosterElf.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Payroll.
2. Refresh Connection:
- In the top centre of the Payroll page, click the refresh icon.
3. Connect to Xero:
- A pop-up will appear.
- Click Connect in the bottom right of the pop-up.
4. Handle Pop-up Blockers:
- If your browser blocks the pop-up, you'll see an icon next to the URL.
- Click on this icon to allow the pop-up.
5. Select Xero Organisation:
- Follow the prompts in the pop-up window.
- Select the Xero organisation to which you want to connect.
Finalise Connection
- Complete the prompts, and your RosterElf account will be reconnected to Xero and ready for payroll processing.
- Following these steps ensures a seamless integration between RosterElf and Xero, keeping your payroll operations running smoothly.
