RosterElf allows Admin accounts to edit a draft shift from the past. Follow the steps below to make changes to your past shifts.

Steps to Edit a Draft Shift:

1. Access the Roster View:

  • Go to the top menu and select Roster.

2. Select the Draft Shift:

  • Hover over the draft shift you wish to edit.
  • Click on View Shifts.

3. Edit and Publish the Shift Details:

  • In the pop-up menu that appears, you can change the relevant details.
  • Click on Mark as Published for the changes to take effect.

Notes:

  • Employees will not be notified of edits or additions to past shifts.
