How to Enable the Unscheduled Shift Feature

Enabling the unscheduled shift feature allows employees to add shifts that are not pre-planned using either the Tablet Time Clock App or the Smartphone App. Follow these steps to turn on this feature:

1. Access Time & Attendance Settings

  • Go to the main menu at the top of your screen and select Settings.

  • From the dropdown, click on Time & Attendance Settings.

2. Open Unscheduled Shifts Settings

  • In the pop-up menu that appears, select Unscheduled Shifts.

3. Enable Unscheduled Shifts

  • You'll see two options: one for the Tablet Time Clock App and another for the Smartphone App.
  • You can use the toggles on the left to enable or disable the feature. When the toggle is green, the functionality is turned on for employees.
