Resetting your password is straightforward, ensuring you can quickly regain access to your account. Follow these steps, whether you're using a browser or the smartphone app:

Step 1: Access the Login Page

 

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

Click on the "Forgot password?" link available on the login page.

Step 3: Submit Your Email Address

Enter your email in the provided field and click "Send Me an Email." You'll receive an email with a temporary password.

Step 4: Check Your Email

You will receive an email from RosterElf with a new temporary password you can use to access your account.

 

IMPORTANT: WAIT UP TO 5 MINUTES AND CHECK SPAM FOLDERS.

 

Step 5: Log In Using the Temporary Password

Return to the login page and use the temporary password along with your email address to log in.

 

Step 5: Update Your Password

Once logged in, promptly update your password to something secure and memorable. This can be done on both your smartphone and browser.

 

Important Note: To avoid confusion with receiving multiple emails containing new passwords, please note that you can only reset your password once every 5 minutes. This measure is in place to enhance security and efficiency in the password reset process.

Additional Note: If you do not receive the email with the new password, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it can sometimes be automatically marked as spam.

Additional Note: This password reset process applies to Managers and Admins using the smartphone method as well.
