Step 1: Access the Login Page

• On a Browser: Visit www.rosterelf.net/login
• On a Smartphone: Open the RosterElf app

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

• Click on the Forgot password? link on the login page.

Step 3: Submit Your Email Address

• Enter your email address in the provided field and click "Send Me an Email."
• You will receive an email with a temporary password.

Important: Wait up to 5 minutes and check your spam or junk mail folders.

Step 4: Check Your Email

• Look for an email from RosterElf containing your new temporary password.

Step 5: Log In Using the Temporary Password

• Return to the login page.
• Use the temporary password along with your email address to log in.

Step 6: Update Your Password

• Once logged in, promptly update your password to something secure and memorable.
• You can do this on both your smartphone and browser.

Important Notes

• Password Reset Frequency: You can only reset your password once every 5 minutes. This prevents confusion from receiving multiple emails with new passwords.
• Spam/Junk Mail: If you do not receive the email with the new password, check your spam or junk mail folders.
