View and Update Staff Availability


This article explains how to view and update a staff member’s availability in the system. Keeping availability up-to-date helps managers schedule shifts efficiently and ensures that employees are rostered only for times when they are available. By following these steps, you’ll be able to quickly access availability information and make any necessary adjustments directly in the system.


1. Access Staff Availability


In this section, you’ll learn how to navigate to a staff member’s availability details. These details reflect when the employee is available for shifts, based on information they provide in the app. Ensuring accuracy here helps managers plan rosters more effectively.

1.1 Open Staff Member’s Profile

1.1.1 Click on the Staff tab in the menu.

1.1.2 Select the staff member whose availability you want to check.

1.2 View Availability

1.2.1 Within the staff member’s profile, click on the Availability tab.

1.2.2 Review the displayed days and hours of availability, as set by the employee.


2. Update Staff Availability


This section covers how to adjust a staff member’s availability. Managers can update availability when necessary to ensure accurate scheduling, such as when an employee’s regular availability changes.

2.1 Modify Availability

2.1.1 In the Availability tab, click on the green bars for each day to adjust the available hours as needed.

2.2 Save Changes

2.2.1 Once adjustments are made, click Update to save the new availability information.
