We believe in fair and transparent pricing. We work on 'per employee, per month', which means you can roster a staff member as often and on as many rosters you like each month with no additional costs.
Let's look at an example. You are on the RosterElf Flexi Plan. You have rostered three employees for the month. Regardless of how many shifts they have, you're only charged once per employee rostered per month.
If you select the RosterElf Pro plan, you are only charged for active employees on your account each month.
A minimum monthly spend also works out to approximately five employees rostered per month. You will incur the minimum monthly fee if you do not have any staff active / rostered for any month.
At the end of the month, you're billed in one easy payment. It's that simple.
The only other charge you need to be aware of is a 5c charge if you also choose to notify staff using SMS messages. Both emails and push notifications are free.
To check your billing settings or change plans, start from the dashboard, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select Account. You can review invoices, change plans, and update settings. If you choose to change plans, you will finish the current month on the existing plan and start the next month on the newly selected plan.
If you want to cancel your subscription/service, you can do this through the Account settings.
