RosterElf is an approved add-on to Xero. It allows you to seamlessly connect your RosterElf and Xero accounts and send all payroll data directly across each pay run. This integration simplifies your payroll process, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer.
Note: RosterElf supports Xero payroll only in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Steps to Send Payroll Data from RosterElf to Xero
1. Access the Payroll Tab
- Click on the Payroll tab in the top menu of your RosterElf account.
2. Send Approved Shifts to Xero
- Once your shifts are approved, click on Send to Xero at the bottom right of the page.
3. Review Payroll Information
- A pop-up will appear with the relevant information. Review the details carefully.
- If everything is correct, click on Process Payroll at the bottom right.
4. Confirm Payroll Processing
- A new pop-up will confirm that the shifts have been sent to Xero.
- Click OK at the bottom right.
5. Verify Draft Timesheets in Xero
- Your shifts will appear as draft timesheets in Xero with all the relevant information.
