Steps to Send Payroll Data from RosterElf to Xero

1. Access the Payroll Tab

• Click on the Payroll tab in the top menu of your RosterElf account.

2. Send Approved Shifts to Xero

• Once your shifts are approved, click on Send to Xero at the bottom right of the page.

3. Review Payroll Information

• A pop-up will appear with the relevant information. Review the details carefully.
• If everything is correct, click on Process Payroll at the bottom right.

4. Confirm Payroll Processing

• A new pop-up will confirm that the shifts have been sent to Xero.
• Click OK at the bottom right.

5. Verify Draft Timesheets in Xero

• Your shifts will appear as draft timesheets in Xero with all the relevant information.
