RosterElf gives you the ability to communicate newly published rosters to staff via 3 different means. 



Staff will get an email with details of the shifts they have been rostered to work. These details include the date of shifts, start and end time of shifts, site and position for each shift. 



A staff member will receive an SMS notifying them that a new roster has been published and prompting them to log into their RosterElf app to see the shifts they have been rostered to work. Within the app, they can see the details of the shifts. 

NOTE: SMS are charged at $0.05 per message and are charged in your billing cycle.


Push notifications

Push Notifications are the smartphone notifications you receive from apps you have installed on your phone. 

The RosterElf app will use a push notification to notify the staff to check their app to see their shifts on the new roster.
