RosterElf allows you to communicate newly published rosters to staff via three different means.
Staff will get an email detailing their shifts. These details include the date, start and end time, site and position for each shift.
A staff member will receive an SMS notifying them that a new roster has been published and prompting them to log into their RosterElf app to see their shifts. Within the app, they can see the details of the shifts.
NOTE: SMS is $0.05 per message and charged on your monthly RosterElf invoice.
Push Notifications are the smartphone notifications you receive from apps you have installed on your phone.
The RosterElf app will use a push notification to notify the staff to check their app to see their shifts on the new roster.
