To print a roster, you first navigate to the roster screen.
When you press the print button, the print roster modal will pre-select various items on the screen based on your current rostering view. You can adjust the print settings before you finalise the process.
1. Select the Print button on the bottom right of the Roster screen.
2. On the Print Roster Options modal, you can select:
Period - select the period you wish to print.
Format - select either PDF or CSV.
View Type - you can group shift rows by staff, sites or positions.
Sites - you can print the All Sites shifts on one print or select one or many sites.
Staff - you can print the All Staff shifts on one print or select one or many staff.
Open Shifts, Draft Shifts, Published Shifts - these toggles will either show or hide the shift types based on the toggle.
Positions - You can hide/show the position label on each shift, allowing for a more compact or detailed roster print. Hiding the positions is often used when staff don't work between different positions.
Site Address - You can hide/show the Site Addresses; these will show in the footer of the print.
Site Name - You can hide/show the Site Name label on each shift, allowing for a more compact or detailed roster print. Hiding the site name is often used when you only print a single site roster or when all your staff only work at their one assigned site.
Send Copy to Staff - If toggled on, anyone listed on the roster screen will get a copy emailed to them. Note: A printed roster will not reflect any changes to the roster that occur after you export it from the platform. So, if staff have the smartphone app, you do not need to send them a copy of the roster unless your business or industry requires it.
3. Once you are ready, click Print and a copy will be emailed to you once it is generated. It may take several minutes for large rosters to arrive in your inbox.
