This feature requires enabling from the Roster Settings on a computer before shift swaps and open shifts can occur. To learn about what Shift Swaps & Open Shifts are and how they work, click here.

Managers can then view and action shift swaps and open shifts directly from the RosterElf app.

Pending shift swaps & open shifts are in the Dashboard menu under the Swaps tab, similar to the example below.

Processing Shift Swaps & Open Shifts                  

1. Click on a request to open an information window on the proposed change.

2. Click Approve or Deny to action the request, which will notify both staff members.
