RosterElf puts the responsibility on employees to keep their availability up to date. Staff can do this by logging onto their account on the web or our Android or iOS apps and setting the days and times they are available to be rostered on to work.
RosterElf's "Perfect Match" system will automatically use this information to suggest potential matches for shifts. You don't have anything to action here but this feature will help Admins and Managers stay informed of changes in employee availability.
1. Tap on AVAILS from the dashboard.
2. Tap on any of the staff you want to view.
3. If you want to see updates that are more than 7 days ago, tap on Updated Last 7 Days and switch to Archived.
