View past leave requests on mobile
Need to check when you last took annual leave or confirm a sick-day approval? The RosterElf iPhone and Android apps keep a full history of every leave request you have submitted. With a few taps you can see each request, its dates, type and the approved or declined status. This saves you scrolling back through emails or asking payroll to verify balances. Transparent history also helps you plan future leave and discuss entitlements with managers. This short guide shows where the Leave history sits inside the Shifts view, how to open it and what the status ribbons mean. By mastering the Leave tab you keep your own records tidy, avoid double-booking and stay on top of your available days off—all without leaving your phone.
1. Open your leave history
The Leave tab inside Shifts lists both current and past requests in reverse date order. Status ribbons—green for approved, red for denied—make it easy to scan results.
1.1 Navigate to the Leave tab
1.1.1 Tap Shifts in the bottom navigation bar.
1.1.2 On the top menu bar, tap Leave to load your leave history.
