Deleting an Employee in RosterElf


This article explains how to delete an employee from your RosterElf account using the mobile app. Once deleted, the employee will be marked as inactive. This process also clears any scheduled shifts and leave records. Follow these simple steps to manage your staff list efficiently.


1. Access the Staff Menu


To delete an employee, first navigate to the staff menu. This will give you access to your employee list and allow you to manage your team effectively.

1.1.2. Tap the Staff menu located at the bottom of the screen.


2. Select the Employee to Delete


Once you are in the staff menu, choose the employee you wish to delete. This step ensures that you are editing the correct staff member.

3. Delete the Employee


After selecting the employee, you will need to confirm that you wish to delete them. This step ensures that the deletion is intentional.

You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the employee. This final step ensures that you are making the correct decision.
