Why are shifts not appearing on time clock?

This article covers why shifts may not appear on the RosterElf Time Clock tablet app. 

Sites filter active                      

Please check that the Time Clock isn't filtering only to display some sites. Click the filter icon on the top right of the screen to check.

No roster published

If you don't have a roster published for the current day, no shifts will appear on RosterElf's Time Clock.
